Just bought one of these jackets after seeing Grant wearing one, on one of our rides, he highly recommended it, and I already have a Altura Night Vision and Altura Stream, both of which are great, so I thought "what the Hell".

http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/productdetail.asp?productcatalogue=ALTUZ JAC210

I can really recommend Ribble, they're service is great with really fast delivery times every time I've used them.

The Jacket is Xl and ideal for me at 6' 1", I went for the blue colour and the cut is fantastic, the material is a lot lighter and somewhat more pliable than the feeling you get when wearing the Night Vision jacket.

Like the Stream, the chest pocket is a good touch too.

Highly recommend this jacket Wink

I have an older model (like this one) that I got with a subscription to MBR. Mine is grey and doesnt have the front pocket. The material must have changed too as the one I have feels quite stiff and hard wearing. I like it as it doesn't feel like it will be ripped easily in the event of a crash, like some waterproofs.

I have both the Nevis (Yellow) and Night-Vision (Black) which are both excellant jackets. I use both for going to work on these cold/freezing nights. I think out of the two, I've always favoured the Nevis, being a snugger fit than the Night-Vision. But the Night-Vision is the more waterproof of the two, the Nevis is better in rush-hour traffic.

They are fantastic, light weight, watrproof jackets. I have them in black and yellow and can really recommend them. I have had the black one on both times we have been out Mally. They fold up really small which is a bonus.

Get one while you can Wink
