need to replace rear cassete to go with new chain and some new rims

What tools do i need?

1. a Cassette Lock ring

2. a chain whip

or 3. Both?

yep both, and if you want to do it rite a torch wrench allways comes in handy, although this isnt neccesary

A big adjustable spanner is required too

yep thats the one

since the removel tool doesnt have a little metal thing that sticks out and go's into were the quick release does (ither does mine) try this little tip as sometimes you may find the cassette removel tool will jump out

assuming you have quick release wheels, put the tool into the cassette then atatch the quick release skuir like your attaching the wheel to your frame, it may be a tight fit tho Wink

tbh theres probalys better stuff touse than wd40, but not sure if it does any harm, can imagine so, but only for de greasing, not for greasing the geara, chain etc
