It is The North Face Solo 12 which a 1-man tent. It is very light @ 1kg, ideal for week-ends, however it can have problems with condensation which in turn can cause problems for the down sleeping bag.

I do have 2 other tents....The North Particle 13 and Terra Nova Laser Comp.

This is The North Face Particle 13 tent on my June Holidays @ Kirkby Stephen.

Back to double Coast to Coast, my plan for next year, sic. Well, the idea is over the Pennines south-west to Blackpool, up the Golden Mile. Pick up route 62 to Kendal and edge the western fringe of the Lake District to St. Bees. Then head east over the northern fringe of the Lake District, over the Pennines and North York Moors to Robin Hood's Bay.

I've a route roughly drawn out, just needs a polish up. Probably talking of late April time, when it's quite, esq Blackpool Cool

hi Agman,
i dont want to sound awful but isn't it about time you actually done the double c2c instead of talking about it.
instead of telling us your plans why not just do a write up once you have completed it.
i know i speak for several people when i say this.

Don't worry about it too much. Just take me with a pinch of salt, anyway I'm planning to walk the Coast to Coast now. I would'nt ramble on too much about it, don't want to upset you, do we now Wink
